Bull-dung fortune can let you get the top, but can't let you stay long.
A turkey is chatting with a bull. The turkey says: "I hope I can fly up to the top of the tree, but I don't have enough strength and courage". The cow says: "why don't try to eat a little of my dung, they are nutritious". Then the turkey eats a little of bull dung, finds it really gives him enough strength to fly up the first branch. The next day, the turkey eat more bull dung, can fly up to a second branch. Two weeks later, the turkey can fly up to the top of the tree with pride. But soon, he is found by a peasant and is shot quickly from the top of the tree.
Bull-shit fortune can let you get the top but can't let you stay long.
It is too exaggeration to make an analogy between the fable and Georgia. But when you think over it, isn't the information which is given by the western countries (especially America) a bull-shit? As a result, the Georgia president Saakashvili believes the west would back him up, -- He totally did not thought yet, as a small country of Georgia, how should he led the Georgians be smart and tenacious survival in geopolitics. He ordered the attacks in South Ossetia hastily, but in the end he was given a lesson by Russia, his people, the Georgians are suffering the indignation and disappointment.
In the complicated geo-political of the modern world, maybe the Georgia president Saakashvili should read and understand this fable carefully.
